DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS - Associates degree, or over 12 months experience providing services to individuals with intellectual disabilities in a residential program.

FULL -TIME – AWAKE OVERNIGHT  FAIRFAX, VA – Sunday from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m., Friday from 11 p.m. to 9:30 a.m.,, and Saturday from 9 p.m. to 9:30 a.m., for 35 hrs./wk.

FULL -TIME – FAIRFAX, VA – Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., for 36 hrs./wk.

PART-TIME – FAIRFAX, VA – Sunday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Monday and Tuesday from 3:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., for 26 hrs./wk.

PART-TIME – FAIRFAX, VA–Every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8:45 p.m. for 11.75 hrs./wk.

PART-TIME – FAIRFAX, VA – Every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday from 9:15 a.m. to 8:45 p.m. for 11.5 hrs./wk. 

PART-TIME – ARLINGTON, VA – Every Sunday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. for 14 hrs./wk.


PART-TIME – ARLINGTON, VA – Every Sunday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., for 11 hrs./wk.


PART-TIME – ARLINGTON, VA – Every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday from 3:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. for 6.5 hrs./wk. (2 positions open with this schedule)

RELIEF/ON-CALL – FAIRFAX, ARLINGTON, ANNANDALE, SPRINGFIELD & ALEXANDRIA - Relief staff is on-call to cover when regularly scheduled employees cannot report for work for any reason. The maximum number of relief hours that can be worked per bi-weekly pay period allowed is 50. There are no guaranteed hours or benefits associated with this position.  We are currently seeking relief candidates available to work daily a.m. and p.m. shifts, weekends, and Awake Overnight.


All direct support positions at CLA require a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.  Employees are required to have his or her privately owned, legally licensed, registered and insured vehicle immediately available while on duty. Candidates must have a clean driving record and a minimum of 3 yrs. driving experience.  In addition, employees are required to maintain CPR/First Aid certifications and other trainings as required.  Candidates with current industry certifications/trainings are a plus.
